Should I choose to get my scanned images on CD or DVD?
The most important difference between CD and DVD is the amount of data it can hold. A CD can hold 650MB of data and a DVD can hold 4.7GB of data (nearly 7 times as much!). That means we can store about 7 times more of your digital photos on 1 DVD data disc as we can on 1 CD. With that in mind, you’ll save money and have fewer discs to manage.
